SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an equipment for electrochemical processing of a screw toothed profile in a hole of a tubular blank for the manufacture of stators with a uniform thickness of the elastomer lining used in helical gerotor hydraulic motors for drilling oil wells. Also, the invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the treatment by increasing the efficiency of heat exchange of the electrode and providing isothermal conditions with the minimum possible gradient of the current density on its working surface by providing tight electrode contacts with the ends of the mandrel elements and the drive bar, creating additional turbulence for increasing the efficiency of entrainment and cleaning of metal sludge from the interelectrode gap by the flow of electrolyte to prevent short circuits.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the life of the electrode block during the electrochemical treatment of the helical tooth profile in the hole of the tubular billet, reducing the power consumption.
