FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for meat-processing and food-processing industry, threpsology and treatment-and-prophylactic medicine. The technological system includes a meat cutter with a temperature transmitter for manufacturing meat emulsion, the process equipment for meat emulsion production with food and biological active additives, means of meat foods quality control at all production phases and means of meat foods harmlessness control for various consumer categories in the form of the bioresonant device. The latter is located in the testing post, for example, in the section of meat foods degustation, providing an opportunity of biologically active points testing that correspond to inner organs of an individual consumer by means of functional computer imaging of organs being in bioenergetic-informational contact with the certain kind of meat foods after their use. The meat cutter is supplied by a sampler of emulsion readiness. The sampler is made in the form of a manual intaking bucket. It is installed movably in the hollow cylinder which is rigidly fixed in a cover of a meat cutter.
EFFECT: production of meat foods with quality organoleptic characteristics and biologically compatible to various consumer categories.
