FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making stomach resection. End- to-side gastroesophageal anastomosis is applied. Stomach stump is cut out to make its shape conic with its suturing along the superior edge. The stump is fixed between diaphragm pedicles. The anastomosis is created 40-50 cm apart from the upper boundary of the stomach stump in performing lateral esophagus invagination. The anterior edge of the esophageal orifice in the diaphragm is sutured to the stomach stump below the anastomosis suture line. EFFECT: low gastroesophageal anastomosis on the diaphragm with cardia valve mechanical being created. 2 dwg
