Paint further comprises dextrin with other components per 1 portion of paint of 0.62 g by weight: food color, 0.05 g: citric acid, 0.1 g; and dextrin, 0.45 g. EFFECT: bright and uniform coloring of eggs, penetration of paint through shell and coloring of egg contents is avoided.
