The length of the arc of the locking mechanism is less than the length of the arc of the body bed, provision is made for members forming the ratchet-and-pawl mechanism for fixing the locking mechanism, and the body proper is divided into two sections by the segment recess made in the body for attachment of seal to the locking mechanism.
