SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgical surgery, and can be used for treating parenchymal organs cysts. That is ensured by resection of the free portion of the cyst wall with laparoscopic approach, cyst cavity sanitation, adhesions crossing, cyst wall 3 % polydocanol solution followed by cyst swabbing with a lot of omentum.
EFFECT: method provides higher safety and radicality of parenchymal organs cysts treatment, reduced number of surgical complications ensured by less traumatisation of tissues and natural sanitation of the cyst by the omentum accompanying epithelial lining of the cyst.
