FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Venturi scrubber comprises cyclone separator connected with Venturi tube arranged perpendicular to cyclone separator axis. Cyclone separator incorporates cleaned gas discharge pipe and contaminated slime discharge pipe connected with sludge trap settler. In the sump, water separates from the sludge and enters the mixing tank, which is fed with fresh water, and then again pumped into the Venturi scrubber pipe. Venturi pipe consists of a confuser, a diffuser, a neck and nozzles for insertion into the neck of the liquid. Spray nozzles comprise a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle in which holes are formed. Body consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the connection of the distribution pipeline for liquid supply and internal thread for connection with a conical nozzle. Body and the nozzle form two coaxial internal chambers, the cylindrical chamber serving to supply liquid, and the conical chamber formed by the surface of the frustum of the nozzle cone is a pumping chamber for producing increased pressure. On the nozzle, from the side opposite to the liquid supply, a jet is made, which consists of a cylindrical throttle opening and a conical hole with expansion towards the object. On the surface of the conical aperture, a screw thread is made to create a fan-shaped outlet of liquid from the nozzle, and on the conical side surface of the nozzle, at least two rows of cylindrical throttle orifices are made, whose axes are perpendicular to the conical side surface of the nozzle, and at least three cylindrical throttle openings are provided in each row. In the cylindrical chamber, a swirler is installed coaxially with a gap with respect to the inner side surface of the chamber, made in the form of a sleeve with a screw external thread with a large step of the trapezoidal profile and fixed by means of an internal thread on the rod, rod upper part is connected by gauze filter to said case. At the top of the cyclone separator, a liquid atomizer is also installed, powered from a bypass conduit connected to a water supply line from a mixing tank pumped by a pump. Liquid atomizer is installed between the drip tray and the additional separator. Atomizer comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially disposed in the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the body and the fitting. To the nozzle body, at its lower part, by means of at least three spokes spray gun is connected located perpendicular to the axis of the body and formed as a perforated disk which is formed by two surfaces, one of which is a curved surface facing the diffuser, the line forming this surface being a curve of the n-th order, and the second – a plane.
