SUBSTANCE: Venturi scrubber comprises a cyclone separator connected to a Venturi pipe set perpendicular to the cyclone separator axis, the cyclone separator is fitted by branch pipes for cleaned gas and for withdrawal of dirty sludge connected to a settling tank, a mixing tank. The confuser and diffuser of the Venturi pipe are formed by complex polyhedral surfaces with their shape approaching the bodies close to pyramidal ones but having curvilinear trapeziums in their section. Each of the sprayers comprises a hollow cylindrical casing consisting of a cylindrical part with external and internal thread, a conical nozzle, an orifice made on the nozzle consists of a cylindrical orifice hole and a conical hole with screw thread and expansion towards the object, the conical side surface of the nozzle is provided with two rows of cylindrical orifice holes - three holes per row- perpendicular to the nozzle, in the cylindrical chamber there installed is a swirler fixed by thread on a rod in the form of a bush with external screw thread with large pitch of trapezoidal profile, the rod is fixed on the casing by a grid filter, a liquid sprayer is mounted in the upper part of the cyclone separator between a drop catcher and an additional separator.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation.
