SUBSTANCE: in a method consisting of preparing lime milk by way of liming with water containing additive, adding lime milk to sugar-containing solution, and saturation, said additive is surfactant such as acetylated stearic acid monoglyceride, oxyethylated fatty alcohols, lecithin, and vegetable oil phosphatides used in amounts 1 to 5 of the weight of lime.
