FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages preliming of sugar-containing solution, in particular diffusion juice, liming, adding surfactant to the limed solution in amount 0.001-0.005% on the weight of solution, and saturation. Surfactant utilized is a mixture of vegetable oil phosphatides and saccharose esters obtained via re-esterification of triglycerides contained in sunflower oil by saccharose, at ratio between 1:1 and 9:1, in presence of sodium carbonate as catalyst.
EFFECT: increased degree of purification.
