FIELD: mining and construction engineering; pipe laying in loose and inhomogeneous ground. SUBSTANCE: method involves pit excavation, ground development in pit-face inside panel-board envelope, jointing of pipeline sections together and to panel-board envelope, and displacement of pipeline next to mentioned envelope. Chute with guideways for shield and pipeline is erected in lower part of pit. Head and tail parts of panel-board envelope are driven in ground separately. Head part of mentioned envelope is displaced over flexible path relative to tail part; the latter is driven in jointly and coaxially to head part of pipeline. Next pipeline sections are conveyed over flexible path relative to each other. All displacements are made until stopped by chute. EFFECT: improved productivity of work; reduced cost. 3 dwg
