FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipelines in a trenchless manner. The method includes arrangement of a process chamber, arranged in the point of tunnelling, and insertion of a shield in it. In the area of an oil pipeline connection to a reinforced concrete reservoir a connection chamber is arranged, made as capable of issuing the shield and tunnelling of a supply tunnel from it to the reservoir. At the same time the connection chamber for the period of laying of the supply tunnel in the lower part is concreted for the height of 2.8-3.2 m from the bottom. The supply tunnel is laid by mining method along a frame support from double-tee beams with a pitch of 0.3-0.7 m to the reservoir with subsequent arrangement of solid reinforced concrete lining. Tunnel laying from the process chamber to the connection chamber is made in a shield manner, laying is carried out by stages, for the value of the support ring equal to 0.2-0.85 m. After arrangement of chambers and tunnels oil pipelines are laid in them. At the same time the process chamber and the connection chamber are made by mining method of rectangular cross section with preliminary fixation with a frame support from double-tee beams to boarding of walls with a wooden brace having thickness of 0.04-0.06 m.
EFFECT: invention provides for lower costs and expanded area of application during pipeline laying under conditions of a complex mountain relief of area.
