Tube interacts with body from side of inlet hole. Tube houses compressing spring and rest in form of tube section deformed inwards to maintain spring in compressed state. Tube is deformed at moment when compressing force applied to spring reaches preset range. Circular section of tube is deformed by electromagnetic method.
