FIELD: mining industry, applicable at blast rock-breaking, sulfide- containing rocks inclusive in crumbing and flooded masses. SUBSTANCE: prior to dipping the hose made of water-proof material in the well, a hole is formed in its lower end part, through which the hose is filled with water of the well at dipping; the hole area is so selected that the volume flow rate of water through it would be at least 0.5 cu.dm/S, and the maximum diameter of the hole would not exceed 0.85 of the well diameter. Whenever necessary, a distance piece is introduced in the hose through the hole, and the linear section of the hose between its end and the lower edge of the distance piece is bent inside the hose. Before placement of the charging hose in the hose or simultaneously with it, the hose may be additionally filled with water through its upper part. Filling of the hose with well water facilitates unimpeded placement of the charge hose inside the hose, its mechanical damage of its sheath exclusive. Full isolation of the charge of water- containing explosive from the bottom and well walls enhances safety of operations at blast ore-breaking. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of charge protection against washing- out by running water and against spreading in cracks of well walls, enhanced efficiency of the process of well charging by water- containing explosive. 3 cl, 11 ex
