FIELD: optical information processing. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for designing real-time image converters and optical processors, which perform logical operations. Device provides two-state operation mode due to generation of positive optical feedback using reading light in reflection mode. Effect of optically controlled memory is achieved by means of introduced dielectric analyzer, which is located between high- resistance photo semiconductor and dielectric mirror. Dielectric mirror is designed as interference filter, which passes reading light constituent, which provides activation of photo semiconductor. EFFECT: increased sensitivity to writing light. 1 dwg
