SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ultrasound scanning of muscular-aponeurotic layer in area of lateral postsurgical laparotomic wound with the help of an ultrasound scanner and sector sensor at frequency of 7.5 MHz located parallel against the tested area of postsurgical wound on the 3d d of postsurgical period, moreover, it is necessary to measure the thickness of hypoechogenic area in aponeurotic region of external oblique muscle of abdomen and at its value being below 3.5 mm or at the availability of hyperechogenic area the applied method for treating postsurgical wound should be considered to be efficient, and at the thickness of hypoechogenic area of 5 mm and more - inefficient therapy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of controlling therapy.
