FIELD: water development works; drilling rigs. SUBSTANCE: proposed platform has hull in form of displacement pontoon with ballast compartments and pump compartments on which trestle is mounted with fitted-on upper platform and equipment. Hull of drilling rig platform is of simplified design. Platform has watertight wells to get into ballast compartments and pump compartments. Wells are made in form of columns passing from upper platform deck to hull deck in area of pump compartments. Decks of upper platform and hull in area of pump compartments are provided with ports to pass columns with hatch closures. Columns of wells to ballast and pump compartments are made cylindrical. Wells are furnished with ladders and gangways. Deck of upper platform carries equipment of unit-and-module design. EFFECT: improved convenience in operation, reliability and safety. 4 cl, 4 dwg
