FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: offshore mobile aerodrome complex consists of structurally interconnected modules which are capable to join together on the sea in single structure thus creating a landing strip and aircraft service platform. In this process, water displacing pontoons of reinforced concrete are used. Cables (ropes) are used as connecting element. Pontoon structurally consists of outer hull, main athwartship bulkheads which form watertight volume. In the hull of pontoon, "light" decks and bulkheads are located which form compartments. Along the hull of pontoon, there are channels permitting to interconnect pontoons by cables in single structure. Propulsive aids of platform can consist of turning in vertical plane consoles (jacking pads) in which turning in horizontal plane propulsion motors are located.

EFFECT: technique of creation of large floating mobile construction with dimensions needed to provide basing of ground basing aircraft.
