FIELD: rendering services of cellular telephone communications using stationary equipment in mobile cellular communication system. SUBSTANCE: stationary subscriber is assigned forced area inside cellular system and subscriber cannot quit this area. Movement limits are controlled by monitoring disposition area identifier, established time, and list of communication-channel relocation candidate cells for stationary subscriber. Then parameters under check are compared with fixed disposition area identifier, fixed established time, and fixed list of channel relocation candidate cells to find out if stationary subscriber has quitted fixed area. If comparison has shown that he does so, error signal is generated.
