FIELD: inorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of production of fluorine compounds by their decomposition with acids that can be used for production of hydrogen fluoride and anhydrite. Method of production of hydrogen fluoride and anhydrite involves decomposition of fluorspar with fluorosulfonic acid with formation of calcium fluorosulfonate and hydrogen fluoride followed by decomposition of calcium fluorosulfonate. Decomposition process of fluorspar is carried out with gas-phase fluorosulfonic acid and decomposition of calcium fluorosulfonate - with water vapor in the range of temperatures 165.5-260 C. Hydrogen fluoride formed in the process of decomposition of fluorspar is fed to the fractional condensation and purification and gaseous fluorosulfonic acid obtained in decomposition of calcium fluorosulfonate is used for decomposition of fluorspar.
