SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) , their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and stereoisomeric forms where R is hydrogen atom or C_1-6-alkyl; R₂ is hydrogen atom, C_1-6-alkyl, trihalogen-methylcarbonyl, C_1-6-alkyl substituted with carboxyl, C_1-6- -alkylcarbonyloxy-group, C_1-6-alkyloxycarbonyl or R¹ and R² taken in common with nitrogen atom to which they are bound can form morpholinyl ring or optionally substituted heterocyclic radical; R³-R¹⁰ each means independently hydrogen atom; R⁸,R⁹ mean independently hydrogen or halogen atom; R¹¹ and R¹² are hydrogen atom; n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; x = O, S S(=O).
