SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating optically transparent shield is placed comfort zone and at least one thermal pump power supply unit, main fan, control switch and regulator are placed above comfort zone between shield and comfort zone. Thermal pump includes thermoelectric Peltier module, heat exchangers and fan. EFFECT: improved comfort conditions; extended field of application of device.
