The switching circuit controls the flow of accumulated charge of electric energy from the capacitor-accumulator to the shunt initiation element, for example, semiconductor shunt or tungsten shunt. The time count of release of this energy is controlled by the timer circuit. The switching circuit is an integral, dielectrically insulated circuit based on the bipolar CMOS structure (D1 Bi-CMOS), whereas the timer circuit is a CMOS circuit.
