FIELD: blasting operations. SUBSTANCE: case of detonation relay of low-energy system for initiation of blast and surface connector for it are open for low- noise, time-controlled transmission of signal of initiation from source of signal initiation to assemblage of distant elements of blasting operations. Connector for this system incorporates case with duct formed in it to accommodate low-energy detonator. Element hooking tubes is formed on end of case to hold transmission tubes near end of duct. Claws are formed in duct to retain detonator. Positioning wedges are formed in duct to place detonator in position providing for transfer of energy. Omnidirectional transmission of signals is initiated in transmission tubes as reaction to activation of detonator for time-controlled transmission of initiation signal to elements of system of blasting operations located at some distances.
