FIELD: food industry, particularly, production of flour foods for dietetic and prophylactic alimentation. SUBSTANCE: for production of flour foods, two variations of additives are used. The first additive contains vitamins B₁, B₂, PP, Bc prepared by synthetic method and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. The second additive includes vitamins B₁, B₂, B₆, E, PP, Bc, β-carotene, B₁₂ and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. Additives may contain filler, mainly, sugar. Ingredients of additive are mixed in determined succession.
