FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: part of granulated sugar is mixed and sugar powder is obtained. Mixing is carried out for two stages: at the first stage granulated sugar (450-800 kg) is mixed successively with food acid, β-carotene and aromatic essence taken at the following doses, kg: 30-35; 0.035-0.35 and 6-20, respectively. At the second stage sugar powder (150-500 kg) and polyvitamin source were added to the prepared mixture.
