FIELD: devices for separation of bodily tissues; applicable in separation of tissues of external walls from tissues of internal structure, in dilation of nasal passages of human nose. SUBSTANCE: dilator has coupler with pair of end surfaces located at some distance ensuring between them the restoring force when they run to each other. Restoring force is ensured by flexible strap which is disposed between opposite ends of coupler. Each end of strap has several slots which sizes exceed at least one third of strap thickness and may have separating space between selected sections of flexible strap. Separating space is surrounded by corresponding edge. Edge runs around it and crosses the first surface of the first flexible strap. The second strap is similar to the first and is also provided with coupler. As a result, dilator has a single body that reduces losses in manufacture and provides possibility of free selection of shape of dilator edges and reduces hazard of skin damage during separation of dilator from skin of the user. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 23 dwg
