FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed telescopic boom has outer elongated part 20 with hole in one end through which middle elongated part 22 can slide. First end of middle part has elongated guide cutout 90. Boom has also middle part telescoping mechanism, through sliding hinge mechanism and device connected to housing and outer part of boom for turning the housing and middle elongated part of boom. Middle elongated part of boom gets into hole in through sliding mechanism housing. Elongated guide cutout has central longitudinal axle, open end and closed end. Housing is connected for turning to outer elongated part of boom by means of pair of opposite pins 84 arranged coaxially to form axle of rotation. Central longitudinal axis of guide cutout is located square to axis of turning and, with middle elongated part of boom extended, pins 84 coincide with closed end of guide cutout.
