SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical apparatus contains distal element, made with possibility of placement in it of unit of pneumatically driven instrument. Apparatus can also contain unit of elongated rod, which has distal end section, connected with distal element, and proximal end section. Drive element can be installed on distal end section of elongated rod unit and can be made with possibility of giving, at least, two driving movements to unit of pneumatically driven instrument on receiving, at least, one pneumatically controlling signal from pneumatic energy source. Drive element can contain two-step cylinder, single-step cylinder, bellows unit, etc. Distal end section of elongated rod unit can pivotally rotate with respect to proximal end section of said unit and/or distal end section of elongated rod unit can be detached from proximal end section.
EFFECT: claimed is surgical apparatus with distal element, made with possibility of placing unit of pneumatically driven instrument into it.
