SUBSTANCE: described are compounds of general formula I: Ln⊕-X-B⊖/AR′m wherein L is the same or different and is unsubstituted or substituted cyclopentadienyl group, two L residues are bonded together by means of bridge compound Z wherein Z is SiCR3R3 or Si-(CR2-R3)XSi,X=0-10, n is 1,2,3 or 4; M is metal of group of Periodic System; X and B form together three to five linked alkyl chain, hydrogen atoms, which is substituted by C1-C20 alkyl group; A is metal of groups IIIa, IIIb of Periodic System; R′ is same or different and is perfluoridated alkyl or aryl group containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms; m is 1,2,3,4 or 5.
