SUBSTANCE: method of stabilization of diene polymers comprises introducing amine and/or phenol type antioxidants of mixtures of alkyl derivatives thereof into solution of polymer prepared by (co)polymerization of monomers in hydrocarbon solvent. Mixture of antioxidant with viscous liquid is first prepared title oxidant concentration of 15-50 wt % is attained or antioxidant melt or liquid antioxidant is used, mixture or melt is then diluted with paraffin hydrocarbon to concentration of 5-10 wt % and is admitted to polymer stabilization stage. In this case, viscous liquid includes polydienes, polyolefins, diene-olefin copolymers, esters with molecular weight from 250 to 1500. Antioxidant or mixture thereof in viscous liquid is diluted with paraffin solvent at pressure of 0.15-0.50 Mpa.
