FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a field of synthesis of synthetic isoprene rubber used for making tires and rubber technical articles and can be used in petrochemical industry. Synthesis of cis-1,4-polyisoprene is performed by polymerization of isoprene in an isopentane fraction solution that has additionally C4-C6-olefins in the amount 5-50 wt.% in the presence of Ziegler-Nut's catalyst followed by deactivation of catalyst, stabilization, washing out, polymerizate neutralization, isolation of rubber by an aqueous degassing and its drying. It is possible to use olefins of iso- and normal structure as C4-C6-olefins. Method provides the stabilization of the polymerization process, improvement of physical-chemical properties of rubber due to decrease of doses of catalytic complex, decrease of amount of oligomers and titanium ions in rubber, decrease of toluene loss, isopentane fraction, isoprene and steam used for distillation of a solvent from rubber and for treatment of recurring solvent.
