FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovering synthetic rubbers from their solutions in hydrocarbon solvents withdrawn from (co)polymerization stage utilizing treatment of polymer solution with hot circulation water and live steam followed by throttling of vapor-liquid mixture into reduced-pressure zone. Solvent and non-converted monomer vapors are separated from rubber dispersion in the water degassing process under continuous circulation of water containing or not a substance preventing agglomeration of rubber crumb. Finally, rubber is separated from dispersion by concentration, preliminary pressing release of water from rubber, and drying thereof. Circulation water, prior to be passed to degassing stage, is heated to 120-180°C by dead steam. Resulting water condensate is routed to waste-heat boilers to generate secondary steam and heating of circulation water is fulfilled either in one or in two steps. When rubber crumb anti-agglomeration agent is used, the latter is added in the form of suspension to preheated circulation water.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, increased degree of return of water condensate and generation of secondary steam, and decreased loss of fine crumb.
