FIELD: butter and fats industry, more particularly purification of glycerides. SUBSTANCE: composition comprising polyunsaturated fatty acid glycerides is purified by fluidized fractionation in one or more counter-flow columns. The latter function with internal reflux attained due to temperature gradient along column or with external reflux attained due to external control of pressure. Solvent is mixture of supercritical CO₂ and polar cosolvent. Oligomers are removed by supercritical fluidized fractionation using supercritical CO₂.
