FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of hemcytabine of the formula (I) where R1, R2, R3 are taken independently among hydrogen atom and C18- and C20-unsaturated and monounsaturated acyl groups under condition that all R1, R2, R3 can't mean hydrogen atom. Compounds show antitumor activity and can be components of pharmaceutical composition of the similar designation. Also, invention proposes method of synthesis of hemcytabine derivatives involving interaction of hemcytabine with derivatives of monounsaturated C18- or C20-fatty acid FaX where X means removal group and Fa is acyl residue of indicated acid.
