FIELD: food industry, fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for stabilization of lipids, such as vegetable oils, oils from one-celled animals, fat from fishes and marine mammals and concentrates containing thereof. Stabilization is carried out with one or more amine or amide taken preferably from allylurea, hexylamine, N-ethyldiisopropylamine, N,N'-dimethylurea, oxamide and butyramide. Invention describes also using the stabilization of lipids, methods for stabilization of pigments, such as astaxanthin and canthaxanthin, method for optimization of pigment effect in fodder for salmon fishes, fodder for salmon fishes, for the health strengthening and composition based on fatty acid used as a therapeutic agent. Lipids, oils and concentrates containing lipid or oil treated with amines or amides and pigments that have to store in contact with lipids or oils and concentrates containing lipid or oil treated with amides or amines are less subjected for oxidation and decomposition as compared with unsaturated lipids and pigments that were not in contact with lipids or oils treated with amines or amides. Invention relates also to fodder that can be store for a more long time as compared with any known fodders and also to fodder wherein effect of pigments is higher than in any early known fodder.
EFFECT: improved method for stabilization.
