SUBSTANCE: system has set-up unit containing the first microcomputer, unit of gas valve automatic cutoff designed to open and to lock gas valve under control of the first microcomputer, and unit for manual disconnection of electric power supplied to unit of gas valve automatic cutoff. System also includes control unit containing the second microcomputer designed to control the entire control unit in compliance with output signal at output of telephone connected to control unit.
