FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering continuous plasmapheresis beginning from the first treatment day, taking autoplasma in the amount of 600-800 ml, dividing it into six equal portions of which three are used for incubating them at 37 C for 40 min with chemopreparations like Vincrisitine 1 mg, Metotrexate 30 mg, Fluorouracyl 750 mg, Cyclophosphane 800 mg at 1;8 treatment days, Doxorubicin 30 mg at the 1,3,5,8,10,12 treatment days with following intravenous dropping reinfusion and the other three are to be administered in dropping for performing detoxication in alternating chemopreparation infusions and detoxication procedures every other day.
