FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating generalized tumor process with bilateral metastatic pleuritis. It includes maximum evacuation of pleural exudates, 20 ml of which should be applied to dissolve cytostatic preparation in a single dosage followed by incubation at 37 C for 30 min to be injected intrapleurally. Actions should be repeated from the opposite side. The present method increases efficiency of therapy due to applying modified properties of pleural liquid proteins, provides low toxicity of chemopreparations and low price of therapy.
