FIELD: therapeutic forms. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing matrix of carrier microparticles to prepare solid therapeutic forms, which would degrade and dissolve in mouth cavity for only few seconds. In the first step, porous powder is prepared consisting of macroparticles, which serves as matrix for tablet carrier. This powder is then combined with pharmaceutical preparation, e. g. antihistamine agent, decongestant, or antibiotic. Other adjuvants can also be added. Mixture is then tableted. Tablets can be reinforced by applying coating on their surfaces. EFFECT: enabled different administration ways and increased comfort in oral administration of therapeutic forms, especially for elderly patients, babies, and patients with narrow throats. 19 cl, 18 ex
