FIELD: medical equipment, may be also used in chemical, biotechnical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: blood separating module has track-type membranes, two groups of slit chambers for media to be separated and permeate, with chambers being arranged in alternation. Each chamber is formed by a set of flat semi-permeable membranes and sealing members. Module has medium supply and discharge devices and a set of separating-drainage members positioned in chambers. Each chamber is open at medium supply and discharge sides. Sealing members are formed as strips made from thermoplastic material and are positioned along medium flow direction. Sealing members are fixedly connected with membranes so that column-type supports are formed in the vicinity of strip-membrane contact areas. Method for manufacture of blood separating membrane-type module involves constructing module blocks from layers of membranes, separating-drainage members and sealing members; heating obtained block to temperature, at which sealing member material melts; holding block at fixed loading; cooling and dividing block into separate modules.
