FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: proposed measuring device incorporates high-frequency bridge which measurement arm is formed by coaxial cable 1 and planar-distributed test prod 2 with smoothly changing elasticity which carries round symmetric hollow case 3. Metallized polymer film 4 fixed with the help of contact crimping collar 5 is put on lower open base of case 3. Top of case 3 is fitted with cover-union 6 with screw-pusher 7 which is coupled to plate diaphragm 9 dividing space of case 3 into two parts through elastic unit-bellows 8. Fine suspension 10 is injected into case of planar- distributed test prod between diaphragm 9 and metallized polymer film 4. Measuring device provides for formation of expanded functional capabilities of operational tolerance test of degree of relative deviation of mean-integral values of thickness of coats located on different unspecified sections of examined object chosen for profile test.
