FIELD: medicine, clinical biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method of simultaneous determination of amount of norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-alanine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid and 3,4-dihydroxy- ethylene glycol in blood plasma and urine involves adsorption of analytes from biologic fluids by their loading on resin Bio Rex-70 and then on activated aluminium oxide followed by elution with 0.1 M HClO4 and determination of substance amount by calibration curve using high-performance liquid chromatography. In chromatography 70 mM solution of NaH2PO4 with 10 mM heptanesulfonic acid (pH is 3.0) is used as a mobile phase. Total time of chromatography process is 10 min. Method can be used for determination of free and conjugated form of catecholamines. EFFECT: information content of method, accelerated and simplified method. 1 tbl
