SUBSTANCE: converter that has recording, reading, and erasing systems optically coupled with optical data medium is provided with newly introduced high-voltage modulator whose output is connected to optical data medium, optomechanical switch mechanically coupled with data medium, electric-drive electronic unit whose output is connected to optomechanical switch, electronic image-erasing unit whose output is connected to erasing system input, and frame synchronizer whose first output is connected to high-voltage modulator input, second output is coupled with electric-drive electronic unit input, and third output is connected to image erasing electronic unit input.
