SUBSTANCE: mixture consisting of fibrous material and cement binder is fed to space between external panel pressing members and subjected to external molding and accelerated hardening by holding it in presence of carbon dioxide gas. Located between then is at least one expanding pressing member in the form of core. The mixture before holding in presence of carbon dioxide gas is subjected to one-time compression by core expansion.
