FIELD: device and method for molding of a building panel of an indefinite length. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in a stage of preparation of a hardening mix, transportation of the free-flowing mix to the loading chamber, gradual extrusion of the mix from the loading chamber through the inlet to the outlet open on the end of the molding chamber with the aid of the means for extrusion. At least partial hardening of the mix is accomplished inside the molding chamber. Movement of the mix through the molding chamber is also opposed. The mentioned opposition is accomplished until the preset hardening pressure or density inside the molding chamber is attained. The subsequent movement of the mix through the molding chamber is accomplished in compliance with the movement of the mix through the inlet by the means for extrusion. Then hardening of the mix is accomplished and thus a building panel essentially of an unlimited length is gradually formed. The hardening mix includes the main organic material in the form of particles. The material consists mainly of milled rice and binder. The molding chamber has essentially constant dimensions of the cross-section. For realization of the method use is made of a device having a means for agitation, transportation facilities, molding chamber, means for extrusion of the mix from the loading chamber through the inlet in the direction to the outlet that is open on the end of the molding chamber and a means for extrusion.
