FIELD: water purification, particularly, reagent-free water treatment. SUBSTANCE: plant may be used for supply with potable water of users located in regions of temporary residence or not needing considerable volume of water, particularly, objects of minor town construction, or under extreme conditions at unexpected disconnection of users from water supply systems. The plant has a successively arranged unit of preliminary purification, ozonization column with ozone generator, electrocoagulation unit, flocculation chamber, filter with floating media, fine purification unit, and power supply unit connected to which are ozone generator and electrocoagulation unit. The plant is additionally provided with flocculation chamber installed between electrocoagulation unit and filter with floating media. Electrode area of electrocoagulator amounts to 1 sq.m per flow rate of purified water from 0.5 to 1.5 cu.m/h. Time of water residence in flocculation chamber is at least 4 min.
