FIELD: reactant-free water treatment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has coarse purification unit, ozonation column with ozone generator, coagulation unit, filter with floating charge, accumulating tank, fine purification unit, with all mentioned parts of apparatus being connected in succession, and power unit to which ozone generator is connected. Apparatus allows heavily contaminated water to be purified to potable water grade and may be used for supplying potable water to consumers positioned in temporary residence places or to consumers needing small amounts of water, in particular, small-scale city designing and building objects. Apparatus of such construction may be also used under extreme conditions, in particular, in cases of sudden disconnection of consumers from water supply main.
