SUBSTANCE: apparatus has coarse purification unit, ozonation unit with ozone generator, coagulation unit, filter with floating charge, accumulating tank and fine purification unit, with mentioned units and floating charge being positioned in succession, and power unit, to which ozone generator is connected. Apparatus may be used for supplying of potable water to consumers positioned in temporary residence places or to consumers that do not need significant amounts of potable water, in particular, small-scale city designing and building objects. Apparatus may be also used in extreme situations, in particular, in case of sudden disconnection of consumer from water supply main.
