FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with applying a shoulder pedicle and a caput for endoprosthetics of shoulder joint designed: shoulder pedicle - with distal part as a rod and proximal part that has got a collar with cervix and ribs with openings, and a caput - with fitting opening for a pedicle. Rod's distal part has been designed to be conic passing into a cylinder. The length of conic part is being not less than four seventh against the whole pedicle's length. Ventral and dorsal sides of the rod are designed to have holes for anti-rotation, their length being not less than the length of conic part. The length of ribs is similar, as for the fitting opening it is designed to be in the caput with eccentricity.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
